Do I need to be a member to order?
No, all you need is your email address. You can shop and track your order without being a member. Then, you can complete your membership at any time and gain speed in your future shopping with your registered address.
I forgot my password, what should I do?

How can I sign up for the e-mail newsletter?

Can I cancel or make changes to my order?
Yes, we can cancel or change your order before it's shipped. Also you may return your product for a full refund within 14 days of receipt of the item. Definitely. We keep customer information confidential in accordance with the Membership Agreement. It can only be disclosed when requested by official authorities and when we are obliged to make a statement in accordance with the provisions of the applicable mandatory legislation.
Delivery
How much shipping fee do I pay?
You can see the shipping fee in detail on the payment page. STBA Tekstil San. ve Tic. A.Ş. is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping is the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
How long does it take for my order to reach me?
We will ship your order within 3 working days unless otherwise stated. Then, the delivery time to the address usually varies between 5-7 working days depending on the density in the shipment branches.
How do I track my shipment?
After your package is delivered to the shipment company, your shipment tracking number will be sent to you via e-mail. You can track your package movements on the cargo company's website.

What can I do if my order does not arrive?
If you cannot be found at the address on the day of arrival, your shipment is delivered to the delivery office of the courier company. In such a case, we recommend that you contact us or the cargo company quickly. If we cannot reach you, the order will be canceled and the fee will be refunded as you paid.

What is your return policy?
Within 14 days from the date of receipt of the product, you can return re-saleable and unused products with complete accessories. Returns that do not comply with these conditions will not be accepted and will be sent back to you.
Do I have to pay for returns?
The shipping cost of the returned product must paid by you.
How do I return the product?
Here's what you need to do to start the returns process:

2- Select the products and the reason of return.
3- Send the products to us according to the instructions in the e-mail that will be sent to you at the end of the transaction confirmation.
Can the price of the product I want to exchange be different?
In this case, you can select the Gift Card option on the return screen and use the gift card on any product you want.
How should I package the product I am returning?
We recommend that you send the products in the original package as you received. But if not possible, please find a suitable box or package to arrive us in good condition.
How long will it take for my refund to arrive?
After the received returns are checked, we carry out the return process within 5-10 days. The process of transferring the refund amount to your account may vary depending on your bank.
